Our counsellors are available to meet you at different times and on different days and you can come to either Harrogate, Leeds, Selby or York, so just let us know which is the best for you.

Outside these times, you can still call us but you'll have to leave a message on the answer machine. When you leave a message, don't forget to give us a number we can call you back on.
If you are disabled or have any access needs, please let us know when you call us. We will make arrangements for a counsellor to meet you in another safe place as unfortunately none of our centres are fully accessible.
