When you decide you want to meet a counsellor you can contact us by phone or by email.
We will take your contact details and find out when you are available to meet a counsellor.
If we can we will arrange an appointment with you straightaway, unfortunately our service is limited and many young people want to come to us, so we may need to add your name to our waiting list, don't worry you won't have to wait long. When your name comes to the top of the list we will contact you to make an appointment for you to meet a counsellor.
We will give you one time slot so you can meet your counsellor at the same time, on the same day, every week.
When you come for your first appointment, you and your counsellor will have a chat about what's bothering you and they can answer any questions you might have about counselling or Relate.
You can come and meet your counsellor as many times as you need.
