How long does each session last?
It's up to you!
Perhaps 30 minutes or an hour - it's up to you.

You may just want to stay for 5 or 10 minutes  and that's fine too. All we ask is you come along or you let us know before if you can't make it.
 
How many times can you come?
As many times as you like!
It's entirely up to you. Your counsellor will be there for you as long as you want to keep coming to meet them.
